Full consent for the erection of two substantial 4-5 bedroomed dwellings. Consent was achieved following mitigation measures with regard to a variety of bats established colonies in the area. Full levels survey through the site. Sympathetic and indigenous landscaping with particular regard being made to ameliorate any visual, aural or environmental impact of these large dwellings on, essentially, a Green Field site in a very rural area. Consent granted by Forest of Dean District Council after nearly 18 months of discussions.
